Smileys in radio button questions

Question Creation(radio button): By adding smileys it is very difficult to have a consistent way of displaying both text and smileys. If one answer has a shorter sentence the other one has a longer sentence it looks odd, because of text-wrap. By activating or deactivating weight it changes the layout in addition.
Can we implement a dynamic but in addition consistent way of displaying the question?
