Readable reports for quizzes

Currently you can't handle quiz results via the graphical reports in Netigate, you can only use raw data report and manually calculate all scores.

The suggestion is add possibility to clearly see in the instant/shared report which responses have answered correctly to which questions and the total score (per response), including checkbox questions. There could be more ways to implement this, I can provide suggestions if needed.
