Currently the report structure is fixed into a tab Quick analysis and Result. In some cases it would be really helpful to customize this structure (e.g. for 360 degree feedback).

Adding a first tab with an explanation of what the report contains, how to use it etc. would give a much better structure.

In addition it could make sense to duplicate the quick analysis tab in order to provide another main filter view.

Same applies for the Results tab. Being able to decide on the name of the tabs would be a great feature for good customization and structuring of the report.
