Allow top add text blocks to the Results tab

Structuring of the reports (results tab) is currently fairly hard, since there is no option to add customized headers or text blocks. This is only possible with questions (information) that are hidden in the survey.


Enabling to add individual headers and text blocks would enable to give the reports a much better structure.
