Currently, applying filters in a shared report (instant report accessible via a link), are not considered if the user presses Export report.

If the filters would be considered, this would be useful to allow our users (whom we shared the report with) to customize the shared reports even more, before exporting, without bothering our users with Netigate accounts.

In our case, we have a set of users with Netigate accounts who know exactly what can be shared and how, including GDPR considerations. They generate shared reports with specific filters for a larger population of users, while this larger population can export reports for the customers they are responsible for. Right now, our users with Netigate accounts must be contacted for each individual customer report and they need to generate them manually. Creating Netigate accounts for this larger population is not feasible, because then they will access the entire survey data, which is more than their responsibility. By implementing the feature of applying filters on a shared report and then exporting, we can leverage this ability to our larger population of users (without Netigate accounts) while still maintaining control on the data access.
