Abreviation page accessible at all times

In one of our surveys, we have an initial page with abbreviations of terms used throughout the survey. It would be good to be able to quickly jump back to that page, without clicking Back several times, and then resume survey. Or, have a built-in pop-out on each page, showing a mini version of the abbreviations list.
