Benchmark for comparison

It would be highly appreciated to have a general as well as sector specific benchmarks to compare NPS, eNPS and other questions that are part of your suggested survey questions for EX and CX.

      For EX benchmarks we for example conduct our own survey each year and could include those numbers in the platform.

      Several customers request benchmarks for standardized questions such as the NPS/eNPS question as well as for questions regarding benefit, stress levels etc. As a suggestion there should be the possibility to check a box "include benchmark" and then a number should appear for each question that has a benchmark.
