If you ask a question like "Are we allowed to contact you?" and you could edit the text in the textbox e.g. "if yes, please add your e-mail address" - it would enhance the usability and be visually more appealing. Please find attached a picture of another survey platform how they do it. Netigate currently just has the standard text "Please add your answer..."
