It was suggested that we change the license model from user-based to project-based. However, for this to make sense for us, we would also need to be able to assign a maximum number of projects/surveys to a user (e.g. user XYZ may set up a maximum of 5 projects). Anything more than this must be requested again. For example, via a separate button that triggers a request to the Netigate admins.

Would something like this be conceivable?
