Atomatically include in reports

If I have chosen not to have the "Textanalys" and if I have question that will be answered in text, I would like that the report (as standard) to automatically include a text box with the answers and I would like that the empty fields from the Textanalys would not appear in the report. Now I have to delete and add on each text-question.
