Centralising Question-Texts

When using the star-rating, the text is shown on the left side on bigger screens, so you gotta fill in letters in white to centralise it. That is already unpractical. But if you also want to give out QR-Code codes for people to do the survey on their phone, the text starts in the middle of the screen, because of the letters you needed to make the format work on a tablet. If you could centralise the text, that problem would be solved.
