Allow questions affected by logic to appear on the same page

When logic / branching is implemented, the question affected by the logic needs to be on a new page (if it is on the same page, the logic will not work). It would be great if the question could either go from disabled to enabled if a specific option is selection or simply appear below the prerequisite question.
