Description:
Currently, various background variables can be defined extensively only when sending surveys via email. For standard survey links, the logic is reversed: the link name itself is treated as a background variable.
Idea:
Please allow us to assign multiple background variables directly to a standard survey link. This would make it possible to use the same flexibility we have in email distribution for link-based surveys.
Example:
Instead of relying on the link name as a single variable, we should be able to define a set of background variables (e.g., region, language, campaign) for any given link.
Hey there,
If you are sending data collected using Netigate Feedback to be analyzed by Netigate Insights, then you actually can do this. Netigate Feedback Survey URL's support the passing of background data within the URL, but that background data is only visible within Netigate Insights at this time.
I would contact your CS manager, or the support team if you arent sure who your CS manager is, to learn more about Netigate Insights. Thanks.
