Ranking Question Type – Order of Importance

Proposed Solution: Implement a ranking question type that allows respondents to drag and drop statements into their preferred order of importance, providing richer and more actionable VOC data.

Issue: The current survey platform does not support a ranking question type that allows respondents to arrange statements in order of importance. This limits the depth of insight that can be gathered where prioritisation is required.
