Remove the direct link in multilanguage

The direct link to translations doesn't work with the new multilanguage unless you are logged in. I suggest we should just remove it or at least specify in a caption that the link "for security reasons the link only works for Netigate users who have logged in and not for externals". In general, keeping it "only for logged in users" is a bit redundant considering that these users could potentially just get edit rights (if they don't already have it) and they would be able to edit even without this link
