Right now, Task-Manager in Netigate Insights only lets you create one task per feedback response. That's a serious limitation, and it's actively costing us customers.
Why this breaks the feature:
Enterprise customers almost always need to notify more than one person, and often more than one department, when feedback comes in.
A single response frequently touches multiple themes. For example, digital experience and support experience. Each theme may belong to a different owner, but today only one of them can get a task.
Most people at Netigate don't even know this limitation exists, because it's so counterintuitive that nobody assumes it's true.
Why it matters for our business:
Our whole value proposition is getting the right person to act on feedback as fast as possible. A one-task limit works directly against that. It's not a minor UX gap. It undermines the core promise we sell on.
I've highlighted this feature in every single sales process I've run with paying customers, including live deals right now.
Proof it's costing us revenue:
Norra Skog is a concrete example. They're at real risk of churning, and this limitation is a key driver.
I'd like to see this prioritised immediately. Happy to walk through specific customer examples if that helps build the case.
