Show sign out button in the top navigation bar

Es wäre viel angenehmer, wenn der Logout Button nicht unten auf der Seite ist, sondern oben. Denn ich muss immer bis ganz nach unten scrollen (was bei langen Befragungen ätzend ist).

    This is already in place but maybe a little bit hidden. Just click on your name on the top right of the Netigate platform and you will see "Sign out" as an option in the dropdown. Attached is a screenshot.
