Enable to hide the matrix question for split matrices view

When split matrices are generated in the report, it is currently not possible to hide the matrix qestion to be shown in each split matrix (directly after the item name in the header of the split matrix). There should be an option to only display the question as header of the split matrices report section instead to have it in every single split matrix.
