More distribution options for People&Teams

Today only email or SMS are the compatible distribution options for People&Teams through the distribution method "Recurring survey".

This is challenging for organisations with employees who do not have either a work email or phone number and where the data quality is low. By enabling other distribution options like login lists or general link we would open up to the tool being an option for a wider audience

    Hmm. I mean if you use a Login List, how does the system know which response came from which person, and what team that person is apart of? We need to have an email or phone number so that we can use that as an identifier for the user. With a general link for example, if ANYONE can fill it out, how can we determine what Team that response should go to? Which manager should be able to see that response, submitted by anyone?

    I dont think we can effectively create other distribution methods that dont involve email or phone number @Guest
