Anonymization of Free-Text Responses in Netigate Feedback

In Netigate Feedback, there should be an option to automatically redact personally identifiable information from free-text responses, or alternatively, an option to modify the data within Netigate before it is exported. The reason for this is that we do not want personally identifiable information to be displayed in exported reports.

    Hey,

    We currently have no plans to implement something that can analyze free text answers and dynamically edit parts of them to hide PII. At least, not within Netigate Feedback.

    But if you are using Netigate Insights to look at responses, we already have that feature available. You can read about how anonymization works in our knowledge base. I would contact your CS manager, or Support if you arent sure who that is, to get more information about Netigate Insights. Thanks.
