Currently, when downloading a selection of conversations, it can be quite a heavy download. In the download, there are 4 tabs:
Summary (oversight of parameters in the data)
Summaries (summary of conversation with all datafields attached)
Texts (full transcripts with actors for each individual Conversation ID)
Conversations (combination of Texts + all other datafields)
It could be helpful if there is a toggle or something to leave tab 3 and 4 out of the download – maybe a ‘light’ versus a ‘full’ download which includes all tabs? This would give us as users a bit more freedom on how we can use the data.
